The main living space is an open concept kitchen, dining, and living area. The first bedroom has a king bed with smart TV, closet, and water views. The second bedroom features wrap around windows with 4 twin beds. There is also a full bathroom with tub/shower combo and laundry. Please note this is a second floor home and stairs are required.
The home sits on the same property as Riverbreeze (another vacation rental) and may be rented out at the same time.
**Please review attached rental agreement before booking. Guest will be required to sign after booking. $500 security deposit held by management company 2 days prior to check out for incidentals.** In the event of a guest cancellation, a $75 fee will be withheld from the refund to cover credit card processing costs, regardless of the timing of the cancellation.

Just what we needed
This was our first time staying in Cape Vincent and this place was nicely located near the public boat ramp along with the market and brewery (all within walking distance). We would definitely stay here again.
