I had a wonderful stay! :) I was most impressed with the breakfast options each day. The room was clean and comfortable. The only challenge so-to-speak was parking as parking is limited and there is a daily cost. Overall, wonderdul stay!

In need of a refresh

When I booked in system was offline and that was the Q for what was to come. Stayed on the 9th floor 2 lifts service 10 floors with one lift out for the duration of the stay. Front office staff, including bar and restaurant not very eager to serve. In the end decided to eat elsewhere for the duration of my stay. Area outside of the hotel also worse (vagrants/ beggars) harass you after sundown. A clear decline evident in hotel and immediate surroundings since my last stay.

It's a good hotel with good breakfast. Staff were very helpful giving us our room earlier and also keeping our luggage after checking out. That was really appreciated.

This was a nice property given the price point. The quality is not luxury but overall it was clean and met our needs. The staff warned us to not walk around the surrounding area with our kids at night, which made it difficult for meals because we ended up having to uber short distances. There was also a mix up with how expedia listed the reservation as flexible, but they had very strict no-cancel policy and were not wiling to budge. Overall the staff was nice. The tour company in the lobby was awesome.

I guess it was okay for the price but that was the most claustrophobic room I’ve stayed in in my life. Just too small, limited TV entertainment. The breakfast scrambled eggs were not very good, but I did request a sunny side up and it was good. So that was one positive.

Great bang for your bucks

The hotel was wonderful. I loved the aesthetics. I had a nice little room but I loved. It was very clean. The breakfast was good and the staff was wonderful and accommodating. Only thing I don’t like was the 10am checkout but other than that it was a beautiful comforting experience. I’ll definitely go back.
