The hotel customer service was excellent. It included utilizing their trolley to carry our luggage to the cruise terminal at the end of the stay. The breakfast was good, try ordering the omelet. Well situated in the V&A neighborhood. Lots of restaurants close by to choose from. We used their transfer service from the airport and it was flawless.
