Walking distance to pubs, restaurants, laundry mat, shopping centre and Big Bay Beach with views of Robben Island and Table Mountain. This apartment is good for couples, families, solo adventurers and business travelers. My place is also close to: V&A Waterfront (20 minutes) Cape Town CBD (20 minutes) Canal Walk (20 minutes) My City Bus Airport 23km
You’ll love my place because of there is a communal area with a pool, 24 hour security, close to the various restaurants and the beach..
My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
The apartment is on the first floor and can be access by stairs or an elevator.
It is an open plan apartment with great lighting and a modern design.
There are 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen extra length bed and the second bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds. There is plenty of closet space in both bedrooms.
The bathroom has a bathtub and a spacious shower.
The apartment comes complete with all the latest technology including satilite television, wireless internet, Nespresso coffee machine and remote controlled access. The apartment has 2 underground parkings bays inside the secure complex.
Guest will have access to the whole apartment including a parking bay if needed. There is also a communal deck with a pool that guests may use.
