The property is dated but the mattresses and bedding are new and fresh. Also the floors are laminate so it feels clean. The price is right too. All in all good value. Includes your standard breakfast you expect in North America

Staff were friendly. Upon arrival the room was too hot 24.5C Reported to front desk and they gave us fans as maintenance was not available to correct the temperature until morning. During the night, water was leaking from bathroom ceiling and part of ceiling fell on the floor. In the morning, looking at the ceiling we discovered that the grill for the ac mounted on the wall was covered with black mold. In the morning when checking out, we asked for the manager regarding our concerns. We were told they were in a meeting. They took our contact info and told us the manager will call us. There has been no contact.

When we got there Expedia has overbooked the hotel. The manager took matters in hand and got us accommodations at another hotel. The second night we were back at our booked hotel. We were extremely grateful for his quick resolve to the problem. We would definitely stay there again

Our family of 4 came here for a little Summerside getaway and the hotel was perfect. Very clean and the staff were all so friendly. Staff at breakfast were so friendly and welcoming it was an amazing experience we will defiantly be back.

The breakfast was not good at all. The options are very limited, tasteless and same everyday( we stayed 5 nights). In terms of the cleaning services for the room was not great either. We requested room service 2 times and it was cleaned throughly. The swimming pool is not as good as the pictures. It was cold, no towels, and small. Considering the price we are not satisfied with our stay.
