Worst experience in a long time, and I travel regularly. Tried to check in around 5pm and the debit machine didn't work, got back and finally got checked in, the room smelled like body odor and my kids couldn't take a bath because the tub was broken and old, so we packed back up, and went to the next room they gave us down the hall with new key cards, only to find that room is full of janitor equipment and dirtier than the last, so I went down again, it is about 7pm by now and my kids are exhausted and just want to bath and go to sleep. We get sent to another room, only issue with this one was there was no heat, it simply didn't work, in November, and we have three small children. So back to the front desk I go, kids are bathing 1 issue is fixed, now to fix the heat issue, their solution was a space heater, that made the room smell even mustier and stuffier than before. To top it all off, there wasnt enough towels, toilet paper, or anything else, and we had to dress the cot that came ourselves. What did i just pay $175 for, im a local to PEI, not tourists and this is insane. We have stayed here before, I spent a lot of money between business and with my family this summer alone, and never again. Kids liked the pool in the morning though. Considering we couldn't enjoy it before bed

Thee tv wasn't working; the maintenance came in and changed the box. then the fan was extremely noisy and did not cut out; the maintenance guy came in the second time to repair that. It took about 30 minutes after for the fan to cut our after the repair. We were offered another room, but my husband who is limited in his mobility was already in bed and did not want to get up and move things.

We stayed there last night. Our fridge was leaking, there was no cable box in the room to watch TV. It was so very hot in the room, no AC and the windows had no screens on them. We were staying with a small child, and 2 dogs. That felt very unsafe to us, but we needed the air to sleep due to the heat.
