The 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms - including one with convenient pool access, provide plenty of space to comfortably accommodate everyone.
The villa is facing south, the spacious pool with saltwater offers stunning views over the River. Thanks to huge sliding doors you can connect the living room and the lanai to basically one room.
The chef's kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all of the cooking supplies you'll need to prepare gourmet meals at home. Worst Vacation ever
This needs to be updated as we were moved from this Property bc AC was broken. This review would not be for that Property other than the Property DID NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. PLEASE CONTACT ME FOR A REAL CONVERSATION ON THIS EXPERIENCE ALONG WITH MY CALL IN TO ONE OF YOUR ASSOCIATES WHO WAS LESS THAN HELPFUL!!! 10 days of relaxation
Enjoyed all aspects of the house, clean and a well stocked kitchen. The location being so close to the Cape Coral and Ft. Myers gave us a chance to explore both sides of the river. The pool and spa was a perfect mix of fun and relaxation and the dock on the canal made for calmer water to dock our rented boat. Thanks again

Beautiful location
The house was wonderful. We loved it very much. The view over the water was very special. The agency was very helpful.
