The Master Bedroom is equipped with a King size Bed, modern contemporary furnished with Flat panel TV and access to the pool area. Guest bedroom 1 has a beautiful queen sized bed in the most modern styling. The 2nd guest bedroom features 2 twin beds and also a flat panel TV. All Bathrooms have been remodeled and now feature a shower with frameless doors in the guest bathroom and beautiful walk in shower and additional tub in the master bathroom. You have 2 living areas, both equipped with large flat panel TV`s. The Livingroom features a modern white leather sectional, 55 inch LED HDTV with Internet access where you may enjoy music and movies in the highest quality with a Blue Ray Player equipped 5.1 Channel surround sound system. The family room features a white leather loveseat, a 46 inch LED HDTV with Playstation3 and several games for entertaining the entire Family. Both livingroom and familyroom feature High Definition programming. High Speed Internet with Wi-Fi access is available at no cost to you. Nice house for adults

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was convenient for the location we needed near to family. Tables were all glass, I would have been nervous with small children. We didn’t use the BBQ grill after reading previous reviews about how picky the renter was on cleaning the grill. Master bedroom was comfortable, but low low low water pressure in the master bath. No upper window treatments made it difficult to sleep in and made the SW bedroom very warm.

This property has everything a group needed . Beautifully decorated and outfitted with high quality products . An ideal heated pool and outdoor patio were perfect areas for sunning and cooling off in pool . Communications were excellent with very prompt responses . We’ll go back !

Renting here is worth the property problems

Even though there were 4 electrical outlets that didn't work and the exit door in the 2nd bathroom doesn't work and and the overhead light in the 2nd bedroom didn't work and there were worms crawling around the pool deck and the pool has a lot of debris including big pieces of construction plastic floating on the surface and the garage was filled with hundreds and hundreds of bees, we would stay here again.

I had rented a boat for several days and was under the impression that the property had Gulf access being on the water. Found out to late it did not, lesson learned. Otherwise we had a great stay

Wonderful home in Cape Coral FL

We stayed for 2-1/2 weeks in this magnificent and clean home. A very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Location is great and close to all amenities. The property manager, Michelle, was attentive and provided very quick responses to any questions. We will definitely return to this home on our next visit.

Get charge for electricity is ridiculous. Only allows to use $5 worth of electricity is ridiculous.

The house is beautiful and the location is perfect. However, at the time we checked in the code was changed and nobody told us. We used the house and we maintained clean. We got charge $47 in electricity foe six days due that they only allow $5 worth of electricity in the renting fee. This is ridiculous, you don’t go to hotels and they charge you for electricity. I understand that have to be a control but $5 per day is what the refrigerator will used, guess not supposed to used anything. This experience with that charge is just ridiculous, we not even used the BBQ cause there is an extra charge for that too. Even the house is so beautiful this was not a happy experience for my family.

Holiday Escape 🎄

My husband and I enjoyed this home. The corner lot made you feel like you were secluded from the rest of the neighbors. The pool is beautiful and very well maintained. The outdoor furniture is comfortable. The canal was an absolute delight, we fished everyday catching mostly small mouth bass. Indoor furniture is nice, what you see in the photos is exactly what you get, however all the furniture in this house sits very low to the ground, including the bed in the master bedroom. (tidbit for tall people). Overall the house was nice, we are looking forward to another visit this spring.

A week's stay - Nov 2020

I'll do a 'pros and cons' review. Let me start by saying the property was very well maintained and in a very nice location - right on the canal and near lots of shopping. The lanai and pool were awesome, and the house was more than big enough to accommodate 2 adults in the master bedroom, and one room each for 2 kids. Also, there were 2 adult bikes, equipment for toddlers (pack and play, etc.), beach chairs, and even a fishing reel for out back if you were inclined. The cons were realized after check in and in the fine print of the welcome brochure which was written all in German. The property manager eventually rectified that, but not until we had to exchange the empty propane tank as someone never closed the valve. We had all kinds of food to be grilled so we had to pay for the refill. Also, please beware if you use said grill, you will need to thoroughly clean the grill, and I mean thoroughly, or there could be a surcharge. The property manager did waive this as we did spend ample time cleaning the grill. Lastly, you will be responsible for some electricity charges above and beyond what they would be in a vacant house. So, great place for some warm weather fun, but a some ticky-tack issues. My advice? Eat out and don't grill ;-)

Winter 2020 getaway

The property was clean and was true to the online pictures. The corner lot was very scenic and peaceful. We enjoyed the wildlife in the canal. The location of the house was very convenient to stores and restaurants. We ate breakfast and lunch at the house and noticed it could use some updated cookware. The experience was easy using Home Away. We would do it again.
