**The Space**

Escape to your slice of Florida paradise at our stunning 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo, where the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure awaits. Situated directly on the scenic Rubicon canal, you`ll enjoy beautiful water views from your own backyard.

Inside, the spacious, modern interior features an open living and dining area that flows into a bright, white island kitchen. For those mixing work with pleasure, a dedicated workspace is available. The home is designed for fun, featuring a game room with an arcade machine, a pool table, and an air hockey table on the lanai.

Your screened-in pool area is an oasis, featuring a large, heated saltwater pool you can enjoy day or night—step from the lanai to your dock and boat slip. We provide fishing poles and kayaks for you to explore the canal and access the connected lake system.

Rest easy in three comfortable bedrooms: a primary suite with a king bed and private deck, a second king bedroom, and a third room with bunk beds perfect for younger guests. For families, we offer a crib (available upon request), a Pack `n Play, and a selection of children`s books and toys.

**Guest Access**

Enjoy seamless, 24-hour check-in with our smart lock system. You will receive a personal door code for easy and secure access to the entire private condo throughout your stay.

You will have private access to the entire condo and your personal lanai. You also have access to fantastic, shared amenities, including:

Your private boat slip offers direct access to the water for boating and kayaking adventures. A car is recommended to explore the nearby beaches, restaurants, and attractions in the wider Cape Coral area.
Our condo is situated just 2 miles from the downtown Cape Coral entertainment district, offering a diverse range of dining and shopping options. We are also only 3 miles from Yacht Club Beach.

For more beach adventures, the world-class shores of Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, and Captiva Islands are just a 15–30-minute drive away.

* **Check-In:** We offer convenient 24-hour check-in via a smart lock. You will receive your unique code before arrival.
* **Community:** The property consists of five vacation rental units, creating a welcoming environment for meeting fellow travelers from around the world.

* **Pool Rules:** The heated saltwater pool is a shared space. To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
* **Local Host:** Your host lives locally and is available for problem-solving or to provide local advice if needed.
