Enjoy a few days in our beautiful, all newly remodeled, Villa Sea Salt Hideaway. With its convenient location, the huge lanai, the big, heated pool and the great dock and boat lift, you can relax and forget the "everyday life" for a while.
Start your days with a morning coffee poolside and watch the sun come up. Spend your days swimming and playing in the amazing, heated pool, go down to the dock for some fishing, or just relax and read a book in one of the comfortable lounge chairs on the lanai. Make your favorite BBQ dinners on the grill and in the evenings indulge yourself with a glass of wine or beer and watch Florida’s famous and most beautiful sunsets. It really cannot get much better.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.
The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and has its own en-suite bathroom One guest bedroom has a queen size bed and the other one has 2 twin size beds. The guest bathroom as also spacious and has a nice walk-in shower. All bedrooms have a TV.
If you want to rent a boat or bring your own, you can certainly use the boat lift or tie it directly to the dock behind the house. In 20 minutes, you are out on the river where lots of beautiful islands with amazing white beaches are waiting for you.
The house itself is in a gorgeous and quiet neighborhood – and yet you are just walking distance away from great bars and restaurants. Everything is just so convenient.
For days at the beach, we have beach chairs, a cooler, a beach umbrella, and beach towels for you to use.

Villa property is conveniently located in downtown Cape Coral and is within walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment.
In 10 minutes by car, you are in Tarpon Point or Cape Harbour. Both locations offer great restaurants, a little boardwalk, bars, live music, shops, and more.
Then we have Walmart, Target, a movie theatre a ton more restaurants and bars, multiple parks and so much more about 5 minutes north by car.
If you rent or bring your boat, it takes you just about 20 minutes and you are on the river. From there you can either explore our gorgeous islands or you can go north and stop at downtown Ft. Myers for a great night out.
