Welcome to Cape Coral and to one of the quietest streets in the city! Built in Oct 2020 the property is located on Lake Jolie and includes a private heated pool.

The property is family friendly with an optional toddler bed, pool baby gate, Paknplay, and baby/child life vest(s). Most major restaurants and shopping are within 2 miles. It is a short drive to Matlacha (10 min) and Pine Island as well as to the Yacht Club beach (<15min). We are only 5 minutes to Sun Splash waterpark as well! Western exposure on fresh water canal with lake views, built in October 2020--Located in well established waterfront neighborhood.

This 4 bedroom, 2 bath pool home has a 10ft ceiling great room design. All living areas plus master bedroom and rear bedroom have waterfront & pool views. Features include tile floors throughout with carpet in all 4 bedrooms, granite counters in kitchen & baths, under cabinet lighting in kitchen, inside laundry room with deep sink. Screened lanai & pool completed with pavers. The master bedroom has sliding glass doors out to screened pool area, 2 walk-in closets, dual sinks with separate soaking tub & walk-in shower.

Guest access
Guests have run of the house and property with the exception of garage which is owner storage for maintenance items (landscaping equipment, tools etc).

Fresh water jet ski and boat rental also available, please inquire.
