Lovely Sunsets

The home was very comfortable and welcoming. Lovely sunsets and quiet neighborhood. Alex was very quick to respond to any communications and willing to reschedule our stay due to hurricane concerns. Nice to have two main beds/baths, each on opposite ends of the house.

I’m going to miss this house…

We were here for a month. Opening up the wall of glass doors every day to enjoy the lanai and views of the canal was my favorite activity. Great neighborhood for my daily runs. House was perfectly equipped to cook delicious meals from local seafood. Lots of reasonably priced golf nearby. Easy trip to beautiful beaches. Alex was great to work with. Highly recommend.

Amazing spot for a family vacation

Our family of 6 had a great time staying at this property. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, big covered lanai, and the dock daily. It was a great location for exploring all the nearby beaches (ft Myers/sanibel/captiva/etc) in the area and highly recommend renting a boat for getting around. The owner was very responsive and the home was well stocked with everything you could think of. Definitely would recommend.

Majestic canal vacation

Stunning home. Large sunroom/dining area. View of canal & pool area is gorgeous. Lots of extras included in this stay….stocked kitchen, kayaks, bicycles. I used the kayak most days. We all used the pool daily. The house a few doors down had a family of burrowing owls that we visited daily. Excellent host. Very accommodating & informative. We usually stay on Sanibel, but would certainly recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay. Also, recommend Lobster Lady restaurant! We had a wonderful stay.

Beautiful Pool and Sunset View of Canal

My husband, 11-year-old granddaughter and I stayed one week here in July. The weather was very hot and humid, so the swimming pool was our favorite place to be. We swam every morning and evening, in order to keep cool. The pool was clean, clear and warm, and conveniently located right outside the patio doors. The pool cage kept the bugs out, and reduced chance of sunburn. The house was very clean, and beds were comfortable. Location was convenient to restaurants and activities, and we enjoyed visiting the Thomas Edison/Henry Ford Winter Estates Museum nearby. I highly recommend this vacation rental.

Truly Relaxing

The Majestic is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy your time away. The space was better than advertised. There was not one single thing our family of four needed that was not there. Everything was updated and clean. Even the switches were labeled so you didn't have to fumble around trying to figure out how to turn on different lights or outlets. Alex is a wonderful host! His communication skills are excellent and he delivers on his promises. We could not have asked for more and highly recommend staying at the Majestic!

Practically Perfect

This home, the pool, deck and landscaping were 5 star. A well equipped home. The grandkids caught many crabs using the cage. A couple big ones were cooked up for dinner. We loved our stay and hope to return. I appreciated the owner getting back to me immediately with any questions I had. If I had one request, it would be get a couple pool loungers that are higher off the ground for us seniors. Thanks for a great 2 weeks. L. M. Minnesota

Wonderful Winter Getaway

This property is just as pictured (with the outside area even nicer than a photo could capture). We loved waking up to the view of the pool & canal each day. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We worked remotely from this property and had no issues with wifi strength for two concurrent Zoom calls with video and found that it worked perfectly all the way into the pool area. We will definitely stay here again.

Relaxing getaway

I rented this house for myself, boyfriend, three kids and their friends. We found the house to be well-stocked with everything from towels and washcloths to kitchen appliances and dishes. The house is spacious and both beautifully and comfortably furnished. The outdoor pool area had everything you could ask for. One thing to be aware of is the small step from the main living area to the dining room area. It can take you by surprise. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Fantastic peaceful retreat

A lovely home with majestic views to two canals. Check-in was so easy with Alex letting us have the door code in advance. The house was spotless on arrival and absolutely as described. We loved the comfy family area particularly, but it was great having three areas to relax in inside, and more outside. Lots of crockery, cutlery, glassware (and plastic glasses for outside) It was hard to tear ourselves away from the pool and lanai, but there's a host of restaurants and bars nearby, or a short Lyft away. It was great to be close to the river so we could hop to Fort Myers with ease, or even a quick jaunt to Miromar and Naples for shopping. Highly recommended.

Perfect home in the best Cape Coral location

My husband, brother and I stayed at The Majestic the first week of May and we couldn't have had a better trip. The home provides everything you need for your stay - plenty of kitchen tools and appliances, extra towels for both bath and swimming, beach chairs and umbrellas, kayaks, bikes, and fishing rods. The space has a variety of seating options from an extra large dining table, living room with smart TV, and an additional seating area to watch the amazing sunsets over the dock. The pool area also offers several seating choices and a grill. Alex responded to any questions we had within minutes making the experience run very smoothly. He also recommended a boat rental agency to us and we were able to have a boat delivered directly to the dock for three days of canal tours and two visits to Sanibel Island which was a highlight of our trip. The home is in a perfect location in the southeast corner of Cape Coral - close to many restaurants (we went to Ford's Garage), two grocery stores, and The Boathouse tiki bar and restaurant which you can get to by car (5 minutes) or boat (15 minutes). By boat you are less than 10 minutes from open water -- no long canal rides. In the evenings, there are four chairs on the dock to watch the sunsets. The mullet fish were active in the evenings and you can watch them jumping over the canal waters. We loved our stay at this home and look forward to returning again in the future.
