Please NO SMOKING inside the property. There are plenty of smoking areas just not inside of the property.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Although we love animals we cannot accommodate them because we host guest that has severe allergies to pets.

- Because of the climate ants, spiders, cockroaches, and mosquitoes
are common in Cape Coral, Florida.

To avoid these little creatures from coming indoors please do not leave the doors/ windows open.

Do not leave any food out that will attract
uninvited pests.

Our home is pest-free, and we intend to
keep it that way with your help.

We have routine maintenance pest service.
However, these pests are very common in this climate area. So, if you see them, please do not be too surprised. Just let us know, and we will request professional service to come right after your reservation.

- For both guest and host safety/security there is one outdoor security camera facing the doorway to protect the property and for liability. It is only reviewed if there is an issue and not monitored out of respect for guest privacy.

The thermostat is set to NOT go above 78 for heat nor below 70 for AC.

- No party please, we have neighbors to keep happy.

A simple request, I have one storage room that is locked and restricted to open due to personal belongings being stored there.

My family and i go to Florida every 2 year's to see family. This house came with everything we needed and the location was a plus. My children loved playing the games. We were only 10 minutes away from family which was a bonus. I had a minor issue, the host was very responsive and tried to resolve the issue quickly.

Well decorated

We enjoyed our stay. Leigh was very responsive to any of our questions. The property is well cared for and very clean. It is on a very busy road, but it did not afferct our stay. If we decide to returm to the area, we would consider renting again.
