We absolutely loved this house we had 9 of us 4 adults two teenagers a 7,5, and 3 year old and had plenty of room to sleep. The pool was amazing. The canal was a bit of a drag bc it was pretty empty so we couldn’t us the canoes, or go fishing but other then that we had a blast hope to find this house on our next Florida trip!

The property was wonderful! The weather was absolutely amazing so we enjoyed a lot of pool time during our short stay in Cape Coral. The property was very easy to get to and the neighborhood was quiet. We were very pleased and will definitely rent again if available.

We have stayed at many houses in cape coral but this location is by far the best and the child safe hate around pool is by far the best thing ever. Seriously amazing house.

Perfectly close to everything

Across the street from groceries, pharmacy and Liquor store. Can easily walk to Upper and Lower Village lifts. Hot tub and heated pool were a great addition. Kitchen was fully outfitted with good quality cooking tools. Would stay again.

Vacation in Cape Coral

This is a very mixed review and most of my negative comments are around the property manager, Roelens Vacations. We rented the home for a week and upon first look the property seemed to be ok. After settling in, we noticed that the carpet in two of the rooms was disgustingly dirty. It was spotted everywhere and looked like mold in spots. One of the sinks in the master bathroom was stopped up and a toilet was also clogged. I reached out to the property manager right away and finally got a text saying someone would contact me but I never heard from anyone. I was told after the hurricane that some of the screens over the pool were missing but should be fixed by December. I was never informed that they weren't and this created a huge problem with flies. We could barely get out the sliding door without a swarm of flies coming in. The pool also never heated up past 64 degrees. It was cold our first few days there so understandable that it would take longer to heat but the heater kept shutting off so the pool was unswimmable for our entire stay. I also reached out to the property manager about this and never got a call back. The house itself was nice but given the property management team and their lack of responsiveness or even care, I would not recommend this place. I found it interesting that they did contact me to remind me to check out by 11am on check out day but somehow didn't take it upon themselves to respond to me throughout my stay.

The house was perfect for my family of 9. We loved the pool. Quiet neighborhood. Only small issues with appliances - fridge shelve broken and top dishwasher rack does not seem to stay on track. We would rent again if we were to visit the same area.

Beautiful house!

We had a great stay! The house was clean and the pictures were precise! The only 2 things I would change were asking the owner up front to turn the heater on in the pool and how to change the thermostat in the house. I would recommend this house as well as Roelens! Thank you!! The rating for communication with the property manager is low as we never heard from him/her
