This 3,263 sq foot Cape home is a perfect destination for your next vacation. This tropical paradise is perfect for a multi-family or group gathering. Spend the days lounging in your own backyard oasis enjoying the canal views, 84 deg heated infinity pool(no extra heating charges), outdoor tv and bbq/outdoor kitchen in a screened lanai. If you want to venture out, grab your suits and dive into the fun at Sun Splash Family Waterpark or go on a day trip and explore the many beaches the area has to offer.

OUTDOOR LIVING - canal views, pool toys/floaties, lounge chairs, Smart TV w/ cable, bbq/sink/fridge, swim-up barstools, and dining table for 4.

INDOOR LIVING - Beach themes throughout. Largest data/speed wi-fi available in Cape Coral.

House was perfect for a large group. The open upstairs was a perfect hangout for the kids. 14 people slept comfortably. House is in a good neighborhood with quick access and light traffic to local businesses. We enjoyed our week. House had all necessary amenities.

Exquisitely perfect! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

It was an exquisitely perfect space to host my 50th trip around the sun celebration! There were a dozen of us that stayed here and there was certainly space for more, comfortably! Every one of us got to see turtles🐢 and native birds sun them selves, every afternoon! The ambiance of the pool at night was breathtaking! Jenn has been incredible to work with! She was prompt and clear with communication and performed as a metahoric hot iron when I presented her with some wrinkles that arose on my end, deeming her irreplaceable in my book(ing) 🤪 Thank you again Jenn, for being the the awesome host that you are!!! All of us agreed that the beds are the most comfortable we've ever slept in! Several of my guests swore they were going home and promptly purchasing the toppers that are on these beds! We all slept better than we have in years! Many waking up in the same position we drifted off in, which is unheard of after 30yo🤣 Watching the Sunrises over the back of the house was magical and the sunset walks down the street in front were equally mesmerizing! We lovingly dubbed this house "Coral Castle." a term that to us, will trigger a lifetime of memories within this space! Thank you Jenn for helping make a dream come true, I'm so grateful that you were a thread in the weaving of these memories! I will never forget my time in your home, or you! Thank you for sharing your space as the loom I choose to weave this dream on! It really was... ... Exquisitely perfect!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Great family reunion stay

The house was very accommodating for a family get together over a wedding weekend. The kids had a great time in the pool, the house has nice areas for groups and also separate areas for relaxation or kid activities away from the adults. The kitchen had enough supplies to cook a few meals. Jenn and Brad were very responsive and helpful. After a hurricane with less exotic beach properties available this year, this lovely house was just as nice for all of our needs. It was a memorable weekend for our family. Thanks!!

This was one of the best houses we have rented! The owner/local crew was amazing and responded instantly! The house was beautiful! Exactly what the pictures show and more. The pool was amazing and perfect for a large crowd! We rented it with four couples and we had plenty of room! Side note: the water pressure in the showers was fabulous! Will definitely rent again!

We loved it here. Jen & Brad were extremely helpful when we had any questions. House is GORGEOUS!! Stunning views of sunrise over the canal outback from the patio. Pool was great the water fountain in the middle of lounge chairs was awesome!! Kitchen has everything you need they even have a cute coffee station all set up. Plenty of refrigerators there garage had additional fridge plus the one out back. The master bedroom bathroom is amazing with jacuzzi tub and around the wall is a shower with his and hers sinks. So there are a total of two master bedrooms downstairs with an additional two bedrooms on the first floor and when you go upstairs the kids loved it they had their own living room There are four beds up there. There’s also a sink and a bathroom upstairs as well plenty of games for the kids. Overall by far this is one of my favorite places I have stayed in Florida plenty of times but the interior of this house by far has been the best. Thank you for an amazing stay we hope to come back next year.

Wir waren mit acht Personen in diesem riesigen und perfekt ausgestattetem Haus. Es war alles wie beschrieben, einfach herlich um einen entspannten Urlaub zu machen. Tolle Lage, toller Pool, und ganz viel Platz zum relaxen. Hinzu kommt noch eine perfekte Gastgeberin Jenn, die auch die kleinste Kleinigkeit sofort erledigt hat. Vielen Dank für alles, wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.
