Entertaining is effortless with a fully-equipped kitchen, a convenient coffee station, and ample seating for guests.

Relax and take in poolside views through expansive sliding patio doors while indulging in entertainment on the 70-inch smart TV in the main living area.

The spacious main bedroom features a king bed, a generous closet with sliding doors leading to the pool, and an en suite bathroom with direct access to the pool area.

Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV for added convenience.
The second bedroom offers a queen bed, ample closet space, and a dresser for extra storage.

The third bedroom also provides a queen bed, closet, and a dresser.

For additional sleeping options, a twin XL mattress and two large bean bags that convert into beds are available in one of the two living areas.

Outside, your private dock beckons, offering access to tranquil waters and occasional fish sightings. *While fishing is encouraged, please refrain from cleaning or storing fish inside the house. Thank you.*

Centrally situated, the house ensures easy access to a plethora of attractions:

-Just a 5-minute drive to the Yacht Club public beach and Boathouse tiki bar & restaurant.
-Downtown restaurants and shopping are a quick 5-minute drive, or opt for a leisurely walk or bike ride with the two bicycles provided.
-Fort Myers Beach is a mere 20-minute drive away.
-Access the river via a 10-minute boat ride from the private dock.
-Conveniently located 9 miles from Twins Spring Training and 14 miles from Red Sox Spring Training.
-RSW International Airport in Fort Myers is just 18 miles away.

**Original terrazzo floors cover much of the space. These floors have a tendency to feel `dirty` due to their age. It is just the fine grain of the terrazzo and not outdoor dirt and sand.

**This is one of the first homes in the Cape. If you’re looking for some place without imperfections this is not the house to rent.

**During the summer months, Southwest Florida can get very hot. Heat indexes into the 100s is not uncommon. Our central A/C unit in this classic home can only do so much during these times and local utilities suggest keeping the indoor temp around 78 in the heat of summer. Please understand that even if you try to crank the A/C down to 68 it may never be able to get that low in those high heat index periods.
