Nice!

Nice place with great Lanai and pool/hotub setup overlooking the canal. Canal access for fishing, kayaking (2 kayaks and fishing equipment were provided with renta). Easy drive to beaches, downtown Ft Myers, and shopping/restaurants.

Beautiful home

We rented this house for a week stay, to check out SW Florida. House was clean, well stocked kitchen utensils, plenty of towels, etc. Eric was a great communicator and we gave everything a well deserved 5 stars.

What an amazing experience!!

This house is everything that it shows in the pictures and more. I couldn't be more happy with our choice. Me and my team came down for a business training event. From the moment we arrived we were in awe of how beautiful the property was. The pool and jacuzzi felt amazing. The day after we arrived Hurricane Idalia hit Florida. Eric checked on us multiple times to make sure we were safe. And went above and beyond to accomodate us when our flight got delayed. We took advantage of the canal being steps away from the back yard and got some fishing in. (We caught over 20 catfish using shrimp for bait) We had a blast and would definitely stay here again. Thanks again Eric for the outstanding hospitality. Best VRBO experience Ive had yet!!
