Perfect house for vacation
This is probably the best rental we’ve stayed in. This is attributed to the comfy beds, kitchen amenities, pool, fenced in back yard for dog and patio next to the pool w/ outdoor tv.

Beautiful home wish there were a few more details
Thank you for sharing your beautiful rental. The house was clean and updated. It’s a new rental so I think a few “necessities” might need to be added to the property. For example we needed to purchase a blender, there was no net for the pool, no instructions about when pool is cleaned, and no instructions for operating TVs (we couldn’t figure out how to watch any regular tv channels without us needing a subscription). We texted the property manager about cleaning supplies as there was nothing but a broom in the house, which isn’t very convenient when renting for a week with 4 children. Unfortunately we never heard back. A small vacuum or mop or anything would have been helpful. The house was beautiful, pool was warm, and location was ok (a fair drive to any beach), it just lacked a few basics were used to when compared to other houses we’ve rented in Florida. The grass cutting and lawn maintenance at 7:00am outside our bedroom window wasn’t appreciated but other than that it was good.
