Depending on the days of the week you are staying at La Bella Vita, you may experience, general maintenance workers around the exterior of the property that may include, lawn, pool, or utility service workers.

Additionally, the Property Manager will provide you with instruction for ensuring the waste and recycle containers are taken to the roadside on their assigned pick-up days.

Anytime there is an issue that a repair professional needs to enter the property during your stay, the property manager will provide you with details. This type of situation is rare.

There are 2 security cameras located on the front of the garage and the front of the home by entrance. This is for your safety and security.

Please note the bunk room does not have a private entrance and must be entered through the stylish barndoors within the Master Bedroom. Although these two rooms are separate, private and separated by barndoors... they are connected.

Please note that we purchased this home in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. We politely ask that you remember our neighbors live here for the same reasons. Please be aware of noise levels, especially on the back patio as we have some neighbors who are sensitive to noise! Thank you for your help in keeping the neighborhood happy!

Wonderful Home

Very nice and comfortable home. Plenty of linens and towels. Host was very responsive to any questions. Pool was great. Spent many evenings enjoying the outside area. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet.

The house was exactly as advertised. Very clean and organized, plenty of room, lots of bikes, strollers, puddle jumpers, coolers. Extra plus watching 3 baby owls and their parents burrowed in the front yard.

Fabulous Rental

We recently spent a week with our family & friends and it was a delightful rental. It was equipped with everything we needed, and perfect for 2 families to stay. It was clean and the communication with Breyan was easy and efficient. The neighborhood is definitely very quiet, ideal for people who prefer a low key vacation.

Family Time

We picked this house because we had our kids and grandkids coming to Florida for the week. We’ve stayed in a number of places over the years and this place was the best supplied home ever. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and pool area. The garage had an assortment of bikes, fishing poles, kids toys and games. The bedrooms were very nice and beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and had plenty of areas to take walks. It was close to a nice little beach in Cape Coral that the kids enjoyed. Our first night at the place the power went out in the neighborhood. I called the host and she was ready to have someone bring a portable generator, but the power went back on within the hour. She was very apologetic and even sent over a restaurant gift card for the inconvenience. We would definitely stay again if we come back to this area!

Beautiful tropical home

We had a wonderful time at La Bella Vita, the home was very clean with big comfy king beds. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and relaxing in the sun. Will definitely come back. The house was stocked with everything you needed and more 🌴

Lovely and comfortable home

We spend 2 weeks at this house — comfortable and great space for our family of 9 and 2 dogs. Back yard was good size with a pool, outdoor BBQ, fire pit and and sitting area. We used the bikes several times to explore the area. Don’t miss Lobster Lady, Cape Creamery and Farmer Joes. Breyan, our host, was informative, responsive and attentive. The house was well appointed and had all the comforts of home and some fun games too (life, clue, friends trivia). Well worth the trip.

Amazing stay

Amazing house, very comfortable beds, five star kitchen, small problem with pool first day but then was fixed and was perfect and heated nicely. One of the nicer rentals in Cape Coral for sure! Breyan was very nice, responsive, and helpful.

Relaxing

We had one goal of our vacation and that was to relax. This house did just that! Check-in was very easy, house was as pictured, and everything was pretty clean. The rooms were great sized and the beds were big and comfy. The outside area was very nice and the pool was fantastic. We did have some trouble with the air, but the owner did a great job communicating with me and getting it worked on. If you are someone who likes it cooler in the house be warned it can’t go below 71 degrees. Overall this was a great house for our family vacation and if we are ever back this way will book again!

Decorated and very clean

We had a party of 12 and everyone enjoyed and had so much fun. Since four of the kids were mid teens, we did go out and purchased 2 blow-up mattress, $13.00 at Walmart and that way all kids had there own bed in the same bedroom, worked perfect. Would recommend this home, everything was set up perfect for us!

Family Friendly Rental

I really enjoyed our stay. My family included my dad and my sister and her family and my husband and our kids. We all stayed comfortably. We watched alot of movies at night. We played alot of card games. The kids had an awesome time in the pool daily and the bikes on this property allowed us all to ride. We enjoyed the coffee bar. I think you won my dad over with just that. The property was clean and the neighbors were friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and the area . The beaches were nice too.

Memorial weekend Getaway

This house is absolutely adorable!!! They really thought of everything. There was tons of towels, several bikes, pool toys even beach chairs. The beach is a little far but not too bad. Neighborhood is VERY quiet. So if your looking to relax this is perfect. Would love to stay again.

Great place!

This house exceeded our expectations. It was spacious and newly remodeled. It was very clean. The owner's communication was excellent before the trip, and she gave great suggestions for restaurants and things to do. The property manager stopped by to make sure we were enjoying our stay, and she, too, gave great suggestions. The pool area is great, and there were even drinks for us in the refrigerator! It was such a fun long weekend at a great house!
