★ Only the guests included in the booking are allowed on the premises.

★ The properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before and after each rental to ensure that all guests have a clean comfortable stay. For longer than 30 days stays professional cleaning is required every 2 weeks.
★ The number of guest in booking is firm and was set by the guest at time of booking. If guest arrives or occupy the property with more people like booked, he violate the agreement and will be charged according to the amount based on the price in the listing.
★ This is a Non-Smoking house, only smoke outside. A minimum fee of $250 will be charged for deep cleaning after smoking at the property.
★ In case the villa is left badly dirty or with marks, spots, fat drips inside deep clean will be additionally charged with $250 (as we need to order additional cleaning crews for that).
★ Please clean drops on the pavers immediately as especially fat or sauce drips not immediately removed will require a pressure wash of the lanai/pavers.
★ Propane is not included. if the tank connected to the BBQ is empty you can get a refill at the local store or use spare propane in the garage.
★ If something is damaged during your stay, please mention it to the property manager before you leave, write a note or send an E-mail. Damage to facility, equipment or furniture are to be reported immediately by phone or E-mail.
★The pool and garden service companies will normally come once a week or every two weeks depending on the season directly to our property for the usual service/cleaning.
★ No AC under 70 or will freeze
★ Pool is on your own risk and responsibility. We are not liable for any accidents, injuries or violations.
★ No glass or breakable containers in the pool and patio area.
★ No diving.
★ No minors in the pool area without any adult supervision.
★ Use bathroom not the pool.

Our family of 12 loved this 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom home! We enjoyed hanging out by the large salt water pool that faced a canal- great view! The guys even tried fishing in the canal. The two kitchens were appointed nicely for cooking and there was a nice gas grill as well. Lots of hot water for showers, too. It was located about 35 minutes from the beaches. More than one Publix grocery stores close by, but wsggest shopping at Farmer Joe’s which was fantastic!

Excellent getaway

The duplex was beautiful. They had everything we needed from towels to cookware. The pool and view were amazing. We enjoyed biking and a corn hole "tournament" when we weren't in the pool. Would definitely recommend and absolutely love to vacation here again.

Wonderful stay for our family's Vacay!!

This is a great vacation house for a large group. Our family of eleven were very comfortable. Large living spaces to gather together, and multiple bedrooms to go to have personal (nap) time. Large well-equipped kitchen to prepare family meals. Lots of amenities-electrical-large TVs, games, movies, phone chargers (in multiple areas), motion detectors night lights, coffee and tea bar and treat basket. Really everything you need to have a fun-filled and enjoyable vacation-bikes and the pool!! The pool is large-loved that both ends had the whole side with walk in steps-really worked well with the young children we had in our group. The screened in pool area is where we spent the majority of our time-swimming, eating, playing games, relaxing, and enjoying the view of the canal. Beds and linens were comfortable. The bathrooms were well supplies with extra hygiene items. Bath and pool towels were soft and plush. Host was very responsive to any questions/contacts made. The property very well kept. Large parking area and access to the garages-always a plus! Location-close to shopping. We didn't do much else besides enjoy the house. Made a couple of trips with our boat and a trip to the Shell Factory. The house was a one stop vacation-relaxing-enjoying family time together spot!! Definitely a five star ***** site!!

Elite property. Stayed here with a large group. Plenty of space for all the guys. The pool made it feel like one large property instead of two separate units. Check in was easy and host was EXTREMELY accommodating.

Perfect for Family Get-Together

We rented this house for a family weekend, including two young children- the duplex set up worked perfectly for us, being able to put the kids to bed and then moving the adults to other side of the house to not wake them up worked excellent. The house is incredibly clean and the pool is phenomenal- especially for a large group traveling with kids! Would definitely stay here again.
