Just one street from the Caloosahatchee River, this coastal retreat offers easy access to boating, fishing, beaches, waterfront dining, and endless Florida adventures.

Inside, you'll find a bright, open-concept floor plan featuring a fully equipped kitchen, stylish furnishings, and spacious living areas designed for comfort and connection. Large sliding glass doors open directly to the screened lanai, creating the perfect indoor-outdoor living experience.

Step outside to your own private backyard oasis. The expansive lanai is designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring comfortable outdoor seating, a custom-built bar with Smart TV, outdoor refrigerator, dining area, and barbecue grill. The heated PebbleTec pool is maintained between 80-85°F year-round at no additional charge, allowing guests to enjoy swimming in every season. Surrounded by a privacy fence, the backyard offers a peaceful setting as you unwind while enjoying some of the most spectacular sunsets Cape Coral has to offer.

The home comfortably accommodates families and groups with three well-appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms. To make your stay even easier, we provide starter toiletries, a variety of beach and family essentials, including beach chairs, towels, coolers, toys, children's life jackets, pack and play, and a stroller.

Perfectly situated near some of Southwest Florida's most popular destinations, you're just minutes from Cape Coral Yacht Club Beach, Cape Harbour, Rotary Park, walking trails, fishing piers, and waterfront restaurants. Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, and Captiva Island are all within a short drive, making day trips simple and convenient. For families, local favorites such as Sun Splash Family Waterpark and the Shell Factory are also nearby.

Property Details to note:
**The pool does not have a barrier. Children of all ages must be supervised at all times in all outdoor spaces. You (occupant) agree to assume all risks associated with the use of the swimming pool and of the swimming pool’s existence on the property and will not hold the owner liable for any accident.

The pool heater is set to 84° year round at no additional charge. If you request an increase in pool temperature, there will be an additional charge of $15 each day the temperature is increased.

Our home is located in SWFL, so you are likely to encounter bugs and other wildlife. Common to this area are lizards, burrowing owls, red centipedes, dragon flies, large palmetto bugs (look like cockroaches) and frogs. The property is treated regularly, but you still may encounter them. Please understand that we cannot give refunds for the occasional pest.

NO SMOKING inside the home or garage area. You may smoke outside the property with appropriate disposal. Any smoke or damages found in the house or garage area after checkout is subject to a damage fee up to $500.
