Waren zum zweiten Mal dort. Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool, wo man sich von Anfang an wohl fühlt. Bei Problemen kann man ohne Probleme mit den Besitzern kommunizieren per WhatsApp oder Telefon, dann wird dieses wenn möglich auch gelöst. Wir kommen bestimmt in naher Zukunft mal wieder!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Haus in Cape Coral, leider hat uns das Wetter halt den einen und anderen Streich gespielt mit den Hurrikans Helene und Milton. Bei Milton mussten wir das Haus auch ein Woche vor dem Urlaubsende verlassen, da es in der Evakuierungszone lag. Wir wurden dabei aber immer vom Besitzer des Hauses informiert und beraten, was uns sehr erfreut hat aufgrund der doch herausfordenden Situation bei Hurrikan Milton. Der Besitzer hat auch eine Entschädigung bei der Vemietungsgesellschaft EVOLVE angewiesen, was natürlich auch nicht immer gleich selbstverständlich ist. Somit kann man damit die zusätzlichen Kosten für die Buchung einer Unterkunft im sicheren Lauderdale by the Sea an der Ostküste minimieren.
