Welcome to our duplex! This recently built getaway offers space and comfort to be your home base for your various activities.

THE SPACE
We have one master bedroom with a king bed, tv, and bathroom, a secondary bedroom with a queen bed, and a third with a full/twin bunk bed.

The second bathroom is shared between the two other rooms.

We have cable TV and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

GUEST ACCESS
Many stores and restaurants are located within walking distance from the property.

Most major retailers are within a few minutes’ drive from the duplex.

We have room for two cars in the driveway and there is also street parking.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
There are neighbors next door. They are great. Walls are pretty soundproof but please be respectful.

Neither bathroom has a tub, both have showers.

Some in the neighborhood play louder music on weekends.

The garage is not accessible to guests.

While the host was responsive, there were several issues with cleaning and appearance of property. There were incomplete entrance instructions on entry, necessitating call to out of town host. No list of operating instructions for items in home. Entrance (door) was dirty. Ice maker not working. Coffee maker would not work(we were concerned because it shut off as soon as plugged in) The other small pot was so dirty we didn’t use it. They had to call cleaners back in to mop floors because they were so sticky. No bath mats. No mattress covers. We stayed at the home because we had family nearby and spent our days away. Feel the price was too much for what we received. Back yard unusable.

Need to replace sheets on master bed. Also 2nd bathroom toilet continues to run I shut off the water to it. Nice property

Clean & Charming Property!

The property was nicer than shown in the pictures. Totally remodeled, very clean and charming. The master bed was very comfortable! We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!
