As a HICV owner we should at the very least receive some sort of recognition or club benefit for staying at an IHG affiliated property. As it stands, no loyalty is generated, and we do not prioritize IHG properties when searching for hotel stays.

Family trip

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean. The pool was warm and clean, with plenty of places to sit. Towels were included at the pool at no extra charge. If you're going on a cruise, this is a great place to stay the night before.
