The room AC was not working- it kept turning off the AC and heat as coming on. Behind the beds are filthy! I lost an earplug and moved the bed and was so disgusted. Would not recommend!

Clean hotel with just what we needed for a night’s stay before sea cruise. The hotel is just a minute from Royal Caribbean cruise line terminal. We can almost see the ship from the hotel. We will definitely stay here again for next cruise… provided they keep their cost down.

When the toilet got clogged, a maintenance person came within minutes and immediately took care of the issue. Only problem, I couldn’t get the a/c to come on and cool the room on arrival-then realized my trying to fix it at the unit was wrong, a thermostat was on the opposite wall to address the temperature in the room. Cooled down quickly!
