Great location but not a luxury apartment!

The description wasn’t accurate - the apartment was in need of decoration and wasn’t well equipped - not even any soap! The owner demanded an extra €60 for ‘linens’ - ie towels & sheets a day before we arrived. We were not informed before this so had to agree - they were really poor quality. There was no lockbox as advertised and we had to make a diversion to collect the keys from the owner’s father’s house!?! (He was very nice though). The owner also randomly demanded a €100 cleaning fee the day before we left (again with no warning). We cleaned the flat (and took pictures) but he still tried to charge us (despite being much cleaner than when we arrived). Great location but whole experience left a bad taste,

Kurz vor Ankunft werden 20 Euro pro Person fĂŒr BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher pro Woche verlangt. Dazu steht nichts in der Beschreibung! Nach einer Woche wird natĂŒrlich keine WĂ€sche getauscht.Den SchlĂŒssel mußten wir bei einem Rentner abholen. Es gab keine Info, um welches Appartement im Haus es sich handelt und wo die Zufahrt zur Garage ist.Die „Luxuswohnung“ (sehr lustig) war völlig verdreckt, die OberflĂ€chen schmierig und total unsauber.Die ganze Einrichtung ist total abgewohnt.Unseren ersten Vormittag haben wir mit Putzen und dem SpĂŒlen des Geschirrs verbracht.Wer bringt im Bad eine Deckenlampe an, die eine Partybeleuchtung sein soll?Warum gibt es zur Ankunft kein Toilettenpapier?Das Bild ĂŒber dem Bett ist Nachts auf uns gefallen. Einen Tag spĂ€ter kam das Bild im kleinen Schlafzimmer von der Wand.Die Kommunikation war total unprofessionell.Die Vermieterin ist völlig ĂŒberfordert und dazu sehr „freundlich“.Wir haben die Bude in einem Top-Zustand verlassen und wurden zur Belohnung wĂŒst beschimpft.Die zur Abreise geforderten 100 Euro fĂŒr Reinigung haben wir selbstverstĂ€ndlich nicht gezahlt. In den Mietbedingungen steht hierzu auch nichts.Das Beste ist die Lage.

Mauvaise vacances, en arrivant lave vaisselle qui tournait et inondation sdb. Le soir mĂȘme inondation encore sdb, nous n avons pas pu nous doucher. Le linge de lit sentait mauvais. Aucune indemnitĂ©s des propriĂ©taires pour ces dĂ©sagrĂ©ments jour du 14 juillet. Mauvaise expĂ©rience. TrĂšs déçue.

Strandurlaub in Luxusappartement

Wir sind immer noch begeistert von unserem Urlaub in Capbreton. In den vielen Jahren, in denen wir dort unsere Urlaubstage verbracht hatten, habe wir uns selten so wohl gefĂŒhlt.. Die Wohnung direkt am Plage centrale bietet einen unglaublichen Blick aufs Meer bis hin zu den PyrenĂ€en, zu jeder Tageszeit. Die Möglichkeit, schnell mal gegenĂŒber im Meer ein Bad zu nehmen und dann wieder mittels Aufzug im dritten Stock seine Ruhe vor dem munteren Publikum zu finden, welche sich naturgemĂ€ĂŸ in der Saison dort aufhĂ€lt, ist beeindruckend. Die Wohnung hat alle Annehmlichkeiten, die eine moderne luxuriöse Wohnung bieten kann. VollstĂ€ndig eingerichtete KĂŒche, herrliche Aussicht bei bodentiefen Fenstern und - nicht immer selbstverstĂ€ndlich- Matratzen in den Betten, die nicht altersbedingt ausrangiert wurden, sondern ohne merkliche Abnutzung einen herrlichen Schlaf garantieren, im sanften Rythmus vom Meeresrauschen. Bei einem Luxusobjekt wie diesem hĂ€tte man eigentlich einen wahren Zerberus als HĂŒter dieser Pracht erwartet. Laurence als Gastgeberin war genau das Gegenteil, obwohl unsichtbar und zurĂŒckhaltend, stets liebenswĂŒrdig und sofort hilfsbereit, wenn Hilfe gebraucht wurde. So war die Übernahme und RĂŒckgabe mit Endreinigung völlig problemlos. Selbst ein Schaden am Mietobjekt, von uns versehentlich verursacht, wurde mit einer GroßzĂŒgigkeit behandelt, wie uns das angenehm ĂŒberrascht hat. Sie hat mit diesem Verhalten unseren Urlaub wohltuend begleitet. Deshalb: Wir kommen wieder!

Un emplacement de rĂȘve pour un appartement trĂšs bien agencĂ© et parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©, super agrĂ©able Ă  habiter. Entendre le ressac des vagues la nuit : quel bonheur ! Et que dire du coucher de soleil ? Un rĂ©gal. Comme une envie de garder secrĂšte cette adresse tant on a eu le coup de foudre

Location proposĂ©e par abritel comme haute premium, l appartement et la situation ok , mais pour l Ă©quipement c est tout autre , poĂȘles rouillĂ©e , casseroles mĂ©diocres , vaisselle mal lavĂ©e , cafetiĂšre 2 pers, siĂšges rouillĂ©s , l hĂŽte ne joue pas le jeu . Pas d accueil Ă  l arrivĂ©e, rien de plus au dĂ©part. Manque total d implication de l hĂŽte pour cette location . DOMMAGE
