Constance Hotels & Resorts - accommodation in Cap Malheureux

We traveled with our one-year-old, and overall, we had a wonderful stay. Getting around with the stroller wasn’t always easy, but it was manageable. However, we found the staff could have been more helpful on a couple of occasions. One evening, we needed some bubble bath liquid and called reception, but we were told that we had to come and collect it ourselves. With a baby, this meant a 10-minute walk to reception late at night, which wasn’t particularly convenient. Another issue was when we were checking out and needed some help with our luggage, but unfortunately, there was no one available to assist us. Aside from these situations, most of our stay was good, and we enjoyed our time there overall.

Incredible adult only resort built around the most beautiful lagoon. The calm and relaxing environment sets the scene where quiet becomes the norm. Food is sensational with 30% of all menus being plant based. Food preparation is nothing short of Michelin quality with service to match. Rooms are spacious large bathrooms, comfortable king sized bed and perfect temperature controls.

Such a lovely stay. Ruth the hotel manager was such a great communicator ahead of the stay and during. She organized me some breakfast in my room as she knew I had early starts and was flexible on check out as I had came back from diving a little late. Lovely boutique hotel that exceed expectations. Thank you and I’ll be back!
