Super stay in beautiful surroundings...
I cannot recommend this property more... perfect location very close to Marina/town and congress centre. Unfortunately I had to work at an event but the apartment is a real find. Beautifully appointed and the most lovely beach front terrace...
2 spacious bedrooms and bathrooms - perfect for short or longer stays... I will definitely return!
We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Cannes. Location was perfect. Swam every day! Just in front of the apartment. Everything you need was there. Property manager was very helpful and available. Great time with family. Very comfortable accommodations. Close to all we needed.

Fabulous apartment in fabulous location!
This apartment is a dream!
It's exactly as it seems on the photos and is in a perfect location opposite beaches and beach restaurants.
The terrace receives sun from dawn till dusk and is brilliant for chilling out with a bottle if wine in the evening.
The Suquet area of Cannes with its winding streets and cosy restaurants is just a stroll away too.
Give this apartment a try and you will NOT regret it!

A Real Gem of a Property
Had a fabulous time in Cannes, staying in this apartment. Felt like home from home, with all the modern conveniences! The apartment was in a great location, with a generous outdoor space looking directly out to the ocean. We were greeted by Sabine, who was a lovely lady. Very clean, and well presented throughout. A great guide also was provided to help with local supermarkets, and instructions for TV, etc...
The owner was most attentive at replying to my questions also.
Felt very chilled after a couple of days, first time staying in an apartment. Definitely a better option than hotels. With plenty of dining options within the area.
Can't wait to stay again!!

Fantastic Apartment
My family and I had a lovely stay in this apartment. Our booking enquiry was with very short notice and only because Ciarans response time to my request was so prompt and efficient it made it possible for us to to stay and enjoy this lovely apartment. Everything went so smoothly. The apartment is exactly as described in the advertisement, which we have found is not always the case! It was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The apartment was well maintained and has furnishings and fittings that are high quality. The location was perfect for us with plenty of restaurant choices nearby and a supermarket just up the road and a lovely beach directly opposite. It was very spacious and is a lovely place to enjoy a break. I highly recommend this apartment.

Outstanding apartment in a wonderful location
We spent a lovely week in this beautiful apartment in July, and our only complaint was that we didn’t stay longer! Of the many apartments we have rented throughout France, we can say without reservation that this one is our absolute favorite. It’s worth the trip for the patio alone, but the apartment itself is extremely spacious and equipped to a high standard, with everything anyone could possibly need for a relaxing vacation. It’s just like a home away from home. One of the best beaches in Cannes is just across the street, and the Old Town, Port and all the action of La Croisette are just a short 10 minute walk away. Closer by, there are a variety of restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. And of course there’s a handy parking spot, making it a great base for exploring the area by car.
Ciaran and Sabine could not have been more helpful and accommodating. All in all a great experience, and we can’t wait to come back!

Review of Cannes apartment
The apartment is spacious, clean, beautifully presented and well thought through. In fact the photo's don't do it justice, from the photo of the terrace you may think the road would be an issue but the terrace is slightly raised so you're not in the direct eye of the traffic, having the sea view more than makes up for it. We started our days by crossing the road ( 1min) and having an early morning swim, the Blue beach bar, across from the apartment, is well know to the owner and guests, they could not have been more helpful, in fact they delivered coffee and croissants to the terrace on a number of occasions. All the main attractions of Cannes are within easy walking distance. We were there as a couple so we completely indulged ourselves with the space in the apartment ( think a bathroom each) but it would be more than adequate for a family. Thank you to the owner, we can't recommend this property enough.

Absolutely lovely apartment in amazing location!
We stayed in this lovely apartment for a long weekend with our two children (3.5 and 6 months). The location could not be more perfect - so close to the beach, the lovely town of Cannes and all of the delights that this area has to offer. Parking right out side the apartment meant that we could easily dump the sandy buckets / spades / trucks etc.. in the back of the car avoiding filling the apartment with sand. A hose outside the gate also eased the removal of sand before heading in.
The air conditioning is very efficient and offered thankful relief from the summer heat. Fully equipped kitchen made cooking hassle free. TV / DVD and WIFI also added bonuses.
We really hope to be back again soon - huge thanks to Sabine who welcomed us when we arrived and could not have been more helpful. Altogether a 5* experience.

Mediocre condition and cleanliness.
The unit has a bit of clutter and some aged furniture. There were some small ants in the kitchen. The unit faces the ocean with a busy street between the unit and the ocean as depicted on the site. With the patio doors open it can be a bit noisy, but at night with the doors closed and the roll-up metal security doors closed it is quiet. The rail line runs about two or three blocks behind the unit, but noise was not a problem. It is a ground floor apartment and when you leave it is necessary to close the metal security doors that protect the windows. The view of the ocean from the patio is fantastic. The apartment is about eight or ten blocks from the marina area and downtown. The apartment could have been cleaner.
Wir haben den extrem kurzen Weg zum SandStrand sehr genossen! Der Blick vom Wohnzimmer aufs Meer ist unbeschreiblich schön!
Wir haben einige Bäckereien in der Umgebung getestet, aber der gleich ein paar Häuser weiter macht die besten Croissants und hat leckere Törtchen.
Der Trubel von Hafen, Croisette und Rue Meynardier ist in bequemer Laufnähe zu erreichen, ebenso wie der tägliche Markt, wo man Obst, Gemüse, Fisch und Fleisch bekommt. Kleinere Supermärkte sind ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar.
Der Boulevard zwischen Strand und Haus ist eine Straße mit Durchgangsverkehr, den man auf der Terrasse natürlich auch hört und sieht. War für uns nebensächlich, weil wir in der Stadt direkt ans Meer wollten. Und die Schlafzimmer liegen auf der Rückseite und sind ruhig.
Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Sabine empfangen und hatten netten Kontakt mit Cieran!
Schade, dass 2 Wochen so schnell vergehen…

Das Apartment besticht durch seien Nähe zur Innenstadt und zum Festivalpalais.
Trotz der Nähe zum Festivalzentrum, zur Innenstadt und zum Meer ist das Apartment ruhig und perfekt zum relaxen. Die Übergabe war unkompliziert und der Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit. Empfehlenswert.

Lovely beachside apartment
Had a lovely holiday at this apartment . Sabine met us with a warm welcome despite our late check in. The apartment was spotless and was fully equipped . It’s very spacious and has a lovely terrace overlooking the bay. Beautiful views.
The apartment is within easy walking distance of all the famous sights of Cannes and many lovely shops and restaurants .

Lovely large and bright apartment
We had a lovely stay at the apartment, location is fantastic with everything in walking distance and the lovely beach across the road, we will be back!
My mum and I stayed here for 5 nights in September and loved everything about it. The owners looked after us so well and were so informative with recommendations for transport, things to do and beautiful restaurant recommendations. Sabine was so lovely to meet us on arrival. Apt was so well equipped. The location was beautiful - to wake up and have breakfast on the terrace looking at the sea was a dream. Very safe and so close to all the restaurants. We loved our morning walks on the seafront and pre dinner drink on the terrace. We will most definitely be returning - next time for longer.
