Modern one bedroom apartment is a great home base to explore one of the most popular destination during the summer in Europe, Cannes! It is 7 mins away from rue d'Antibes, 10 mins from the famous beach La Croisette and 13 mins from Palais de Festival. Perfect for family holidays as well as a business trip!

Apartment is bright and spacious, it holds 55m2 for two to four people. It features an open plan living room with two convertible sofas combined with dining area, fully equipped kitchen, one cosy bedroom and bathroom.

Shall you want the sofa bed please note it is under request and extra fee may apply.


Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay. This cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority!

Please share your time of arrival. Check-in time is from 16.00 until 21.00. Late check-in is possible for an extra fee from 21.00 until 23.00 - 30 EUR, after 23.00 - 50 EUR.

Please respect our apartment and neighbours and keep the noise down between 22:00 and 08:00. Breaking our house rules will terminate your rental agreement without any refund and security deposit will be charged.
