A few steps from the Croisette, where Cannes reveals its famous palaces, beaches and luxury boutiques, this villa enjoys a central yet peaceful setting.

Rue d’Antibes, the city’s main shopping street, is also close by, placing restaurants, boutiques and everyday conveniences within easy reach.

Built in 1910, the house combines the charm of traditional architecture with modern comfort. With a surface area of 100 m², it can comfortably accommodate up to six guests.

The living room includes a flat-screen TV and a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, kettle, toaster, oven, Nespresso machine, freezer and microwave.

Two bedrooms complete the layout: one with two single beds and one with a double bed. Both rooms include air conditioning.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.

The beaches are about seven minutes on foot, and the Palais des Festivals can be reached in around twenty minutes walking.

At UPSTAYS, we believe in a balance between freedom and respect for the apartment, for the teams who prepare it, and for the neighborhood that surrounds it.

Check-in is autonomous via key box. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening.

Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees.

Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay.

If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.

Before leaving, we ask you to:
- Empty the refrigerator
- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher
- Take out the trash

Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit.

Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.

For the comfort of all:
Bringing animals into the apartment will result in a €150 charge
Smoking inside will result in a €100 charge
Parties or excessive noise will result in a €200 charge
