Pros: Service, Makes or Breaks an Experience these guys are helpful!
Cons: Aircondtioner made noise and wasnt pleasant - offer voucher but couldnt use it unless went back

Pros: Location - great view from bed in morning of mountain and gondola - lovely
Cons: Mismatch towels - coloured & faded. Shame as had nice white fluffy bathrobes. Bathroom smelt foisty and tried to mask with a plug in air freshener.
Have an elevator which is handy with luggage.
