Top Lage - nette Vermieter- aber Unterkunft renovierungsbedürftig

Sehr schöne Lage, nette Vermieter jedoch Schlafsofa durchgelegen und keine Lüftung/Fenster in der Toilette. Duschkabinenabzug geht in die Küche; dies führt zu schlechten Gerüchen. Lage der Wohnung vorteilhaft.

Séjour Cannes 2023

Vacances très agréables, location parfaite sauf le bruit de la rue heureusement très maîtrisé à l’intérieur grâce à la climatisation et aux doubles vitrages. A proximité de la plage mais un peu loin du centre , mais très bien desservi par plusieurs bus . Logement fonctionnel et joliment décoré.

Très bon séjour

Appartement correspondant parfaitement à nos attentes. Très propre. Les lits étaient fait, des serviettes de toilette étaient à notre disposition. La vue du balcon est superbe. La cour fermée permet de sortir mon chien en toute tranquillité et de le laisser courir un peu. Vraiment pas déçues de notre séjour.

Ferienwohnung sehr klein und im schlechten Zustand.

Die FeWo entsprach leider nicht den Bildern. Die Wände waren an vielen Stellen abgenutzt / beschädigt. Genauso die Herdplatte (Glasplatte). Der Geschirrspüler war defekt und wurde erst gegen Ende unseren Aufenthalts repariert. In der Dusche sind die Fugen überwiegend mit Schimmel befallen und dreckig. Die Wohnung hat kein richtiges Bett, sondern nur ein Schlafsofa, welcher den ganzen Wohnraum einnimmt, wenn man ihn aufklappt. Um zum Strand zu gelangen, muss man eine Bahngleise (Brücke) und eine Hauptstraße überqueren. Die Lage der Wohnung an sich war ok. Lebensmittelmärkte und Zentrum waren fußläufig erreichbar.

Nähe zum Meer super, Wohnung liegt an Hauptstrasse darum sehr lärmig auf dem Balkon

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen. 5 min. vom Meer und 20 min. zu fuss ins Stadtzentrum. Leider liegt die Wohnung an der Hauptstrasse. Auf dem Balkon herrscht reger Verkehrslärm. Der Balkon bietet keine Möglichkeit um ein Buch zu lesen oder sich zu entspannen. Verkehrslärm den ganzen Tag. Karin Bisang-Bossardt aus Rothenburg/Luzern

Super nette Vermieterin mit tollem Service

Das erste Objekt in dem wir je mit Wein, Wasser und Saft für die Kinder begrüßt wurden. Die Vermieterin war sehr herzlich und hat uns noch über WhatsApp auf das Feuerwerk am ersten Abend hingewiesen. Das Apartment ist sehr durchdacht aufgeteilt mit genügend Stauraum. Souquet, die Croisette und Wandermöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß bequem erreichbar. Super schöner Pool und herrlicher Strand!

Dåligt städat, sängen kass, långt till affär. Nära till stranden ett plus. Man får vad man betalar för. Vi fick ta 4 hotelnätter för att få sova bra o ha rent omkring oss. Allt var slitet.

Remettons les choses à leur place. Appartement spacieux neuf : NON il daterait des années 70 maxi Immeuble sans véritable ascenseur car celui-ci dessert des demi-étages. Donc si vous avez du mal à monter les escaliers, ce n'est pas pour vous ! Appartement vieillot avec énormément de défauts de peinture, plaque vitrocéramique cassée, pas de VMC, chambre "palmier" : c'est plutôt un coin cabine de 3 m2 sans fenêtre, sommier du clic-clac très léger même si on nous dit qu'il est neuf ! Appartement calme et bien situé : NON bruit incessant de voiture tout le temps car avenue à proximité. Le centre de Cannes est plutôt à 2 Km et non 1 comme annoncé. Appartement avec garage et piscine : NON en réalité, la piscine et le garage sont dans un autre immeuble à 300 m de l'appartement en traversant l'avenue très passante. Donc pas possible de laisser un jeune enfant y aller seul. si vous voulez des photos, pas de problème, on en a ! Et celles-ci ne sont pas retouchées ...

L'appartamento è situato a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia, l'ho trovato confortevole e accessoriato di tutto. Un balconcino attrezzato per una piacevole colazione.Letto molto comodo.
