- A terrace with a dining area for 6 and a breathtaking sea view.
- A first bedroom with a single bed, storage, television, and a private shower room with toilet.
- A second bedroom with a queen-size bed, large closet, flat-screen TV, stylish bedside lamps, and a private shower room.
- A third bedroom identical to the previous one.
- Separate toilets for added comfort.

GETTING TO THE PROPERTY

11 minutes by car, 17 minutes by bus, or 35 minutes on foot from Cannes train station.
30 minutes by car from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport.

WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD

After a few steps on Boulevard de la Source, you can choose to:

- Reach the Mouré Rouge beach for a swim or settle on the terrace to sip a cocktail.

- Bask in the sun on a bench in the Jardin des Hespérides.
- Convince the whole family to join you for a game of pétanque at Place de l'Étang.

And within a few minutes by car, you can also:

- Stroll along the Croisette for a carousel ride or a remote-controlled boat race.
- Shop on Rue d’Antibes.
- Visit the steps of the Palais des Congrès.
- Take the train to explore other gems of the region, such as Antibes, Nice, or Monaco.

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).

Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.

Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.

After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.

All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
