A kitchenette on this level is fully equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, and an electric coffee machine. On the lower ground floor, 1 bedroom offers 2 single beds and a direct exit to the garden, while the shower and WC are also located on this floor. The upper floor hosts 1 open room with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm, accompanied by a separate WC. Parquet floors add a warm and refined touch throughout the property.
