The Georgetown has been our go to hotel for years. We love the ambience, the menu and the staff. It’s always quiet and clean. My spouse has dietary requests that can be met at the Georgetown or within a few minutes walk. When available, we take one of the rooms with a claw foot bathtub - it’s a great way to end a day of hiking. It’s just a great spot!

We had a fairly magical stay at this very cool, full-of-character location. Staff were excellent and the room was comfortable and exceeded our expectations. Very neat atmosphere, and the pub was awesome! Would 100% recommend and will definitely stay here again.

Lovely 1 bdrm suite. Bdrm has 2Q beds, living room has a very comfy pullout. Jetted tub. China tea service with biscuits upon arrival if you wish. Pub w/good food, great staff, serving food ‘till 10. Very quaint and homey. Perfect for family or girls weekend!

Greedy. There was a bad snow storm, and it was not possible for me to get there, I notified them well in advance. Although the Inn’s policy is to bill only one night for a no-show, they billed me for two nights. This was in spite of the fact that they were able to put other guests in that room l, and they sold out the Inn for the night of February 18, (and likely for February 17 too). This is an indication of the greed of the Inn, in spite of their excuses.

Staff are really courteous and it’s a lovely place. Because of the age in the building and the wood construction, it lacks a little bit of soundproofing, but overall we enjoyed our stay. A tea set and homemade cookies, an electric fireplace and some of the best fish and chips we’ve had!
