You will have access to the entire condo except for the supply closet. The Resort features an indoor and outdoor hot tub, a heated indoor swimming pool with 3-storey water slide, kids pool, restaurant, free WiFi, fitness center, and unassigned heated underground parking, all accessible by Airbnb guests.
We offer the convenience of self-check-in. While you may have the unit to yourselves, you won’t be alone should you need assistance. Guest Services are available 24/7. Give us a call or text if you need anything. :)
The property is located along a main commercial corridor of Canmore and only a few minutes walk to Elevation Place (climbing gym + aquatic center); grocery stores; The Blake Restaurant (asian fusion); Rocky Mountain Bagel Co. (a local favourite); The new Shops at Canmore; and much more!
Two designated underground parking stalls are available for guest use. Additional vehicles can drop guests/luggage off at the front of the complex but will need to park on-street or visitor stalls in the parkade (first come, first serve).
As described above, many of the amenities are within walking distance to the unit, and there is also convenient transit and taxi options available.
- The parking garage has a maximum height capacity of 7ft.
-The unit has a monitoring device called Noiseware, it does NOT record conversations. It only measures decibel levels to help us prevent loud music and noise complaints
-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.
-The hot tub is serviced every Monday between 9AM - 5PM.
-The hot tub draining and cleaning is scheduled every 3rd Sunday of the month. After the service, the hot tub will be available for use on the following day.
- Hallway repair project in progress at Grande Rockies Resort. Information/caution signs are displayed in the lobby and near all elevators. Contractors will work to minimize disruption, but please allow them space to complete necessary work and be cautious during construction.
-A contractor will be at the property to complete window and eaves cleaning on Tuesday, June 3, 2025. Please note that the date is weather dependent. Unit access is not required.
All windows should remain closed during this work, and window coverings can be drawn for privacy.
- Exterior repair work is ongoing at Grande Rockies Resort, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and some noise may be expected. Welcome to your home away from home! We have created a set of house rules to guide you through your stay. These are designed to protect our property, respect our neighbors, and ensure everyone has a pleasant experience.

1. If faced with an unexpected problem inside the unit, guests must constructively collaborate with us in good faith and allow access so we have an opportunity to provide a resolution.
2. We strive to create a positive guest experience for everything within our unit. Guests shall not hold us accountable for things outside of our scope including, issues with travel, weather, events, construction, building matters or issues external to our unit.
3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.
4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.
5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.
6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.
7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 6 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.
8. NO PETS allowed. Service Animals & Emotional Support Animals: Please contact us before booking to confirm the building’s Bylaws and documentation.
*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).
9. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post`s FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.
10. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.
