Casa Traudl, a typical village house, boasts a peaceful location in a lovingly renovated alley in the upper part of the white village of Canillas de Albaida. It's just steps away from the rustic pilgrimage chapel of Santa Ana, offering panoramic views of the village and the surrounding Sierra Tejeda, Almijara y Alhama Natural Park, as well as La Maroma, the highest mountain in the province of Malaga. A short downhill walk takes you to the charming village center with its shops, bars, and restaurants, such as Bar Cerezo.

This stylishly furnished and attractively laid-out house offers approximately 110 m² of living space spread over several levels. It features a cozy living room with a TV, electric fireplace, and comfortable sofa in the entrance area, an open-plan kitchen with a dining area, and a shaded Andalusian courtyard on the lower level, perfect for hot days. The two upper floors feature two double bedrooms, a reading room with a sofa bed, two fully equipped bathrooms, and a spacious panoramic terrace with sun loungers and a large parasol.

Located in a privileged position, the house offers everything needed for a medium-sized or extended stay. It is just minutes from a network of hiking trails, a short drive from the town of Competa, and within easy reach of the tropical coast (Costa Tropical).

The terrace, in particular, offers breathtaking views of the surrounding area, from the dramatic mountain landscapes of the Axarquía region to the terraced houses of Canillas de Albaida, built into the hillside. On a clear day, the Mediterranean Sea can also be seen on the horizon.
