Such wonderful and friendly staff, clean and quiet! Very well looked after, only issue was our safe didn’t work, otherwise perfect stay!

Lovely hotel, just a short stroll down the the beach. Reliable money changer right out the front. And a mini mart for supply’s. staff are super friendly and happy to help with everything. The food in the hotel is very affordable and delicious. Pool is nice and clean.

Very convenient to Echo Beach and The Practice Yoga Studio. Lots of delicious restaurants. A great massage place up the road ( Breathe Spa). Lots of construction outside but was not disruptive or noisy inside. Very good value

Chill hotel with a friendly vibe

The staff at FRii hotel made our stay so easy and comfortable. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The pool access room was so convenient and very good value for money. Hotel roof top bar and restaurant had a great view of Echo beach. Awesome location would definitely stay here again.

Close to beach, shops, cafes and restaurants

The location of this hotel is perfect - so much to do and see all within walking distance. Travelled here by myself as a solo female traveller and felt safe and secure the whole time!

Worst accommodation experience in Bali

We booked 2 x ocean view rooms. When arriving late we went to our rooms on the 1st level which had no ocean view at all. The beds are very uncomfortable and although requesting double beds we were given a room with single beds. There was a party on level 2 that went for over 3 hours from 1am to 4am. There was absolutely no way we could sleep with the noise even after the were police called. The next morning when making a complaint on the rooms not having ocean views when I paid a higher rate for, the bedding configuration being wrong and the noise issues that staff were not apologetic or able to offer any assistance in changing the booking to match my payment. We decided to move to another hotel, although the hotel staff denined the terrible service, room & noise conditions they were not wanting to assist with cancelling my stay. The wotif staff assisted me with a refund for the balance of the trip to go towards more appropriate accommodation which I'm very appreciative. I had stayed at Frii in January 2016 when it first opened and had a nice experience, returning there over 1 year later I could see the demise in the condition of the hotel and the bad customer service from staff I will never return to this hotel

Kylie, our property was designed in a way that allows majority of rooms to have an ocean view and indeed some have more than other as clarified on our website. In regard to your special request for double bed, we normally allocate guest special request for bed configuration based on availability, which on the period of time of your stay, we were fully booked. Also we would like to share with you that the noise issue that leads to your complaint had been addressed to each individual staff involved and I can assure you that all procedures were followed on that day. Pertaining to this matter, I will personally review our processes again to see where we can improve based on the feedback received to ensure such incidents are better handled in the future. Great hotel, loved our stay! Really good location!

Stayed for 3 nights, great staff with great facilities such as the pool area and pool bar. The hotel is situated in a great location close to the beaches and a scooter ride away from all sorts of things! Security for the scooter we hired for our stay was great as we were able to park it beneath the hotel. The air conditioning within the rooms isn't overly great, even the the rooms are small it's hard to get it cooled. We had a little trouble with the aircon but the staff cleaned the filter and resolved the issues for us. Despite the above we would still recommend this hotel. We will be back!

Great location in Caangu

It was close to beach (an easy walk) and also close to bars and eateries etc. There were scooters to hire just across the road and also a shop to get pulsa, water or other supplies. We got a sea view room on the 2nd floor the first night and found it was a bit unclean but moved to a pool access room the rest of the stay.it was really clean and great having direct access to the pool. Staff were lovely and the view from the kitchen upstairs is amazing.

Convenient and comfy

A super convenient location for surfing and checking out the best Canggu has to offer! With its simple decor the hotel is comfortable with a great pool for swimming laps and the included breakfast was surprisingly good :-)
