Bright apartment in Canet de Mar, located on the ground floor, with garden, private pool, and barbecue. The pool is only open from May to October.



A wonderful place to enjoy one of the best beaches in the Maresme area, awarded a Blue Flag and less than ten minutes’ walk from the property.



The apartment features a spacious living room, three bedrooms, one bathroom, and a guest toilet. Air conditioning is available only in the living room.



The location is ideal: 40 minutes by car from the beaches of Costa Brava and Barcelona city, and just ten minutes from public transport, including the train, so a car is not necessary. The apartment is on a very quiet street, less than ten minutes’ walk from the beach.



Thanks to its excellent location, you can easily visit both Barcelona and the Costa Brava. The train station is less than ten minutes’ walk from the house and offers frequent service to Barcelona’s city center. If you have a car, you can also visit the famous beaches and coves of the Costa Brava, with Lloret de Mar just 30 km away.
