The beach was absolutely stunning! Property is well maintained, taken care of very well. There is a night bar on the open terrace at the top of the hotel, two pools for adults and one for young kids. There are Mayan ruins on the hotel’s grounds - so unique! Friendly and helpful staff which makes your holidays great!

check in was easy and settling in our rooms, a day after there was a leak in the washroom from the ceiling. Not a big thing for us since we are not always in the room,we manage to use some towels to absorb the water. food was good, kids loved it! will come back and would recommend Park Royal as a perfect and convenient place to stay in Cancun.

Our bedroom AC unit was overly loud. Fans kept us up since it was so noisy. If that wasn’t bad enough, the sewer smell coming from the bathroom was horrible. We told the front desk, solution to fix it was to dump bleach down the drains. No this did not help the situation. Probably look for a different place since they couldn’t even help with that. The food for the first night was ok. The next day, it was just repetitive. The buffet menu never changed.

I didn’t like the service, the property, nor the amenities, it is fake advertising. Making a reservation for dinner is impossible. The system used by restaurants is unresponsive and staff are not helpful nor friendly towards guests. The only time I could have a dinner was because I had to demanded it to the hotel’s staff. El Pescador’s manager, Ramon, is rude and oversteps his power. He scolded a waiter in front of my family because he tried to make our stay and dinner more pleasant. Ramon told the waiter his job was on the line which is unacceptable as his job depends on tourism and guests. The rooms amenities are very old. The mattress are hard as rock and pillows are deformed. The AC in the room is super noisy and there is no way to avoid that. Toilet got clogged in the middle of the night. The jacuzzi was not working and it took the staff 2 days to fix it. By no means this is a resort nor a 5 star hotel.

Avoid at All Costs! Worst All-Inclusive Experience Ever! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This so-called “all-inclusive resort” in Cancun was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I’ve stayed at budget hotels that were better maintained than this disaster. Cleanliness? Nonexistent. From the moment we walked into our room, we were hit with a musty, almost sewage-like smell. The sheets were stained, the floors were sticky, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in weeks. Housekeeping? What housekeeping? No room service either, so if you need anything, good luck getting it. Food & Drinks? Absolutely Terrible. The buffet was a sad, repetitive selection of cold, bland, and barely edible food. The “restaurants” were nearly impossible to get into—you had to race to make a reservation, only to find out it wasn’t even guaranteed. When we finally got in, the food was no better than the buffet. The drinks? Watered-down, artificial-tasting disasters served in tiny plastic cups. The bars also close ridiculously early, so don’t expect to enjoy a nightcap unless you smuggle in your own liquor. Activities? What Activities? The resort advertised daily entertainment and activities, but there was absolutely nothing going on. No music, no shows, no fun. It was like staying in a ghost town. Overall Experience? A Complete Scam. This place is the definition of false advertising. It’s dirty, the service is nonexistent, and everything about it screams

Everything was very nice amd perfect , we really liked that and I spent nice vacation with my family there. The only thing that I was really dissatisfied and upset about that was the way that the hotel reception check in with us. I had already booked hotel and flight as well with Expedia as usual in the past and paid completely based on Expedia policy. But they wanted to extra charge us in the hotel while check in because of my daughter that she was under 18 , and they wanted to charge us for her as adult, it was not our first time booking the hotel or travelling with expedia and I am sure they knew the expedia policy but they wanted to extra charge us for nothing. It was really stressful for my entire family just at the beginig of our vacation there. I did not like their behavior...

Some of the staff were inconsistent with how they applied the "rules" for dining, etc. We were required to modify our dress when going to dine, while others who had the same things on were not. It felt discriminatory. This also happened at the front desk. I was told to wait in the line to obtain a form I needed for one of the guest services, while the same person helped another guest who walked up asking questions for 20 min. and didn't have to wait in the line. I likely would not go back.

Its a little older hotel but kept up well. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The AC was a little weak in our room, we asked them to look at it, the technician said it was working properly. We bought an oscillating fan from walmart and took care of the issues. Buffet was very good at times and not great at other times but thats just because of taste, can't make everyone in the group happy all the time. They took great care of us and I would certainly stay again.

Room well clean food buffa suck and -booking to restaurant already full with in 30 minutes during three days staying, mostly we have to eat outside
