The rooms are very comfortable and clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly. The gym is excellent as well. The shuttle was difficult to correctly arrange from the airport- a firm is emailed and asks for the time of arrival NOT the time you would like to be picked up- don't enter your flight arrival time as I did. We were able to contact the hotel and they returned to get us so no problem. Highly recommend.

It was ok till Ice Maker Broke I asked to be put in a floor with working ice maker Frint desk said all floors were like that but that was not true!! Since my key only worked in my floor I had to go to basement which was highly inconvenient- the Lie about all floors having problems with ice makers was not a very good one 4 a seasoned traveler such as myself

The only issue was with the breakfast, came down at 9:15am y they were already cleaning up even though the closing hours were at 1000 and still is too early. Some other guests were caning down as well and found nothing.

Although I sent 3 messages over 30 hrs before arrival, ordering a shuttle. No shuttle!! Other inchecking people same thing! I made 2 calls using someone's phone, as coming from holland and no active phone. After only a virtual agent, even though, I kept insisting on a real person, the 2nd call, I finally got a person who totally had no clue! Finally he said he would go to front desk, waited again on hold for about 10 min, and then they hung up! So had to take a 5 min taxi &he charged $30us! Front desk said they had no knowledge of call. Neither did shuttle man!! FREE SHUTTLE!!?? I DON'T THINK SO!!
