The AC was small so it could not cool the room, we had to open the window and the door to get cool air from outside. Kitchen didn’t have microwave oven and the stove didn’t have gas. Utensils, plates and glasses were dirty and disgusting. Cockroaches crawl on the sink and cabinets. Bathroom looks filty too. This is the worst accomodation we had so far.

First , I could not find the office!!!! Then , I didm’t have WiFi and nobody help me .the glass was very dirty i couldn’t see outside. I thought I had a balcony and it was the next neighbor. There was no outlet to charge my phones. The bed was hard as a rock , we couldn’t sleep properly. The only good thing was the restaurant to eat and the pool . That was it ! I don’t think I will come back at all at that place !!!!!

Anunciaron la habitación como 2 camas queen y resultaron ser matrimoniales. En las fotos se veía que tenía microondas, cafetera, y no había nada de eso, además que las almohadas estaba húmedas 😪
