Spider rooms

This resort is nice, However we had to switch to 5 different rooms, and each room had SPIDERS in the bed and bathroom. I spoke with a manager to receive some of my money back and they gave me the complete run around. I was moved to a suite which also had spiders. Upon checking out i ask to speak with manager again to see what was the update on my refund for some of my stay. i was told no manager was on duty which is ironic. Also when you arrive you are greeted by timeshare people. We could not book excursions directly through the hotel, the timeshare person would be called and harass us to sit in a 90min conference. Our trip could have been so much better if management took our concerns more serious . I was bitten and totally creeped out, but no accountability was taking by this resort.

Property is impressive is big and modern but the food was terrible no variety at all like the first day not fruit or ham at breakfast 😖tastess the portions are really small ,prepare yourself to WALK you feet are gonna hurt also the pillows are to big and hard i do not recommend it

One of the best resort I have visited till now. Above and beyond customer service. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. Exceptional restaurants the food And quality was amazing . The buffet was a 10 out of 10 had two different locations for a coffee shop, which was a win for me and an ice cream bar or a gelato bar The room was one of my favorites well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. Had the perfect view sunrise to sundown, Hands down, the best.
