Holiday Home 'Maison De Caractère' with Shared Terrace, Private Garden and Wi-Fi

Located in Cancale, just 5 minutes from the town center, shops, coastal paths, the port of La Houle and the beaches, our holiday home can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will have a well-equipped private kitchen, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a television, a washing machine and a private barbecue. For families with children, a baby bed, high chair and bathtub are available. Enjoy a private garden, a balcony and a large uncovered terrace to relax outdoors and have your meals.



You must bring your own bed linen (140x190 beds and 220x240 duvets), as well as towels and tea towels. On-site parking allows you to park 2 cars inside the property.



One pet under 10 kg is allowed, provided it is not left alone in the house. Events are not permitted and the property is non-smoking (except outside). We ask you to respect the peace and quiet of the place, especially by avoiding noise after 10:30 pm. Nearby, you will find many water activities, as well as tennis courts and a golf course.

Pros: Maison agréable dans un quartier calme... Un peu "vintage"... A proximité de la place et de ses commerces de proximité- 450 m d'une boulangerie artisanale et d'un magasin "carrefour"... A 10 minutes à pieds pour descendre au port et ses nombreux restaurants... comptez plus du double pour remonter ! Vous dormirez bien !

Pros: Accueil sympathique. Belle maison très confortable. Quartier très calme. Cependant il serait bon de signaler que la partie habitable se trouve au 1er et 2ème étage - le rez de chaussée étant le garage - ce qui peut poser problème aux personnes âgées ou handicapées. Et que les matelas des 2 chambres du 2ème étage mériteraient d'être remplacés. L'équipement de la cuisine est tout à fait correct , mais pour une famille de 6 personnes manquent au moins 1 grande poêle et 1 grande casserole

Pros: S'il est incontestable que la maison est agréable, bien équipée et suffisamment proche du port pour y descendre à pied, il faut tout de même noter un point noir : la literie du dernier étage. En effet, les deux lits des chambres du deuxième étage ne sont plus en état de recevoir un couple, surtout celle qui donne sur la rue. Le sommier d'un autre temps reçoit un matelas qui ne dépasse pas 10 cm (l'ensemble ayant à minima 30 ans). Impossible d'y trouver le sommeil réparateur. Parfait pour un famille avec enfants mais à éviter si vous êtes 3 couples.

La maison est très agréable, bien équipée et parfaite pour accueillir les deux couples d'amis que nous étions, chacun ayant son étage et sa salle de bain. A proximité des commerces et du port, nous avons pu profiter de la ville à pied.
