Exceptional location, views and direct access to the sea and family beach with private park. View of the Mont St Michel. Completely renovated. Large living room with open kitchen: fridge / freezer, microwave, oven, hob, corner washing machine and dryer. Two bedrooms: 200 x 140 cm bed, two single beds 90 cm. cot and high chair and sleeping possibility in the living room. Pets allowed with supplement (30 euros)
Great place and very quiet, ideal for couples and families with children, games on the beach at the foot of the garden.
Below the park, is the beach (sea port) and the path of the customs allowing for many hikes from the bay of Mont St Michel, through the Pointe du Grouin to Saint Malo

Cancale

Die Lage direkt am Meer (La Manche) war über- wältigend. Von der Terrasse aus hatte man einen Superblick auf das Meer. Zum Strand waren es nur wenige Schritte. Ebenso zu den Restaurants. Auch nach Cancale war es nicht weit. Haben hier die frischesten Austern gespeist. Alles in allem Prima.

Très bon séjour grâce à la très bonne situation, au pied de la plage, et à l’environnement très agréable. Pour les enfants en bas âge, attention au jardin non fermé ! Isolation moyenne, on entend les propriétaires au dessus. Accueil minimaliste. Literie pour la chambre parentale sommaire. Très bien équipé pour la cuisine. Frais de ménage élevés.

Sehr schlechtes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

Forte humidité car certains murs adossés à la colline (des lambris plastiques pour faire barrage à l'humidité/la masquer), bruits de pas/de pattes dès 6 heures du matin (chien, enfants, adultes) venant du plafond mal isolé, bruit sporadique de pompe ou similaire venant d’un local intérieur inaccessible (fermé à clé), table de jardin dont la mosaique s’écaille, parasol troué, une lampe sur 2 qui ne fonctionne pas, mitigeur de douche qui ne débite pas d’eau froide (toujours mieux que l’inverse), tables de nuit brinquebalantes, rafistolées avec du scotch. Sofa gris sale (donc photo mensongère sur votre site). Évier bouché, sèche-linge à condensation défectueux, remplacé pendant le séjour. Pas de chaînes télé. Crottes de chien sur la pelouse à l’arrivée. J'ai pris des photos des défaillances et j'ai plusieurs témoins. Je vais envoyer un locataire test dans les mois qui viennent. Si la situation ne s'est pas améliorée, je saisis la justice. Explication des étoiles : Une étoile pour la précision de l'annonce: les chaises longues en bois n'y sont plus, le parasol est troué. Une étoile pour la procédure d'arrivée: je n'arrivais pas à sortir la clé de la boîte à code. Je demande à la logeuse de me rappeler, elle répond qu'elle ne peut pas me joindre (j'étais sur sa propriété) et me demande de la rappeler (=très mauvaise impression). J'entre dans l'appartement et ne trouve pas la clé Wifi (elle est souvent affichée aux murs dans les chambres d'hôtes). La fille de la logeuse me montre une feuille gribouillée de texte et la clé WiFi en partie à la limite de la lisibilité. J'ai recopié cette clé en grand sur la même page, en pensant à mes pauvres successeurs. Une étoile pour la propreté de l'objet : crotte de chien sur la pelouse à l'arrivée (très bonne impression); sofa de couleur grise et non pas bleue, qui n'a jamais dû être nettoyé. Une étoile pour la communication avec l'agence: j'ai refusé d'installer l'appli pour empêcher l'agence de créer un profil. Même si j'avais installé l'appli, cela n'aurait pas pu résoudre le problème fondamental d'humidité régnant dans cet appartement que la logeuse présente au demeurant comme laverie-buanderie sur un autre site de location, sans parler du plafond mal isolé contre le bruit. 3 étoiles pour la situation. La vue est imprenable certes, mais ne peut compenser d'aussi mauvaises impressions. 1 étoile pour la note totale. Ce site ne mérite pas plus. Un blâme aussi pour FewoDirekt. Je me considère floué

Fantastisch!

Ideaal appartement voor een gezin, voorzien van alle gemakken. We hebben er een uitstekend verblijf gehad! Het mooiste van het appartement is de ligging. Het uitzicht op de baai van Port-Mer vanuit het appartement en de tuin is adembenemend. Het strand is vlakbij en ideaal voor kinderen omdat er weinig stroming staat en het geleidelijk afloopt. Onze kinderen hebben zich er uren moeiteloos vermaakt. De omgeving biedt ook van alles; ruige kliffen met mooie uitzichten, een wandelroute langs de kust, oesters en andere zeevruchten halen op de markt in Cancale, het ommuurde centrum van Saint-Malo enz. De eigenaresse, Pascale, en haar familie waren hartelijk en heel behulpzaam om ons verblijf perfect te laten verlopen. Een aanrader!

1A Lage, 3C Ferienwohnung

Die Lage und die Aussicht der Ferienwohnung ist super (traumhaft). Die Ferienwohnung ist nicht Allergiker geeignet! Die Matrazen waren alle verschimmelt, wurden aber, nach Beanstandung, umgehend durch den Vermieter durch andere des Haupthauses getauscht. Danke! Wir hatten Glück, denn im Haupthaus/Obergeschoss war wärend unseres Urlaubs bis auf 2 Tage keiner. Denn eine wie auch immer geartete Trittschalldämmung war nicht gegeben. Der Fernseher war aufgrund einer abgelaufenen SAT Entschlüsselungskarte während unseres Aufenthalts nicht nutzbar. Und es gab ein kleines Problem mit Ameisen, die in die Wohnung liefen.
