Tuggeranong Short Stay # 10 - Sleeps 6
Apartment 10 is ideally suited to families with younger children that are happy to share a very large single bedroom. It is commonly set up with two queen beds, plus a double sofa bed, to sleep mum dad and four kids. Even with all the beds set up, there is still enough room to throw a double mattress on the floor. This makes it possible to sleep eight. Be aware, that with eight guests, there may sometimes be a wait for the shower and toilet facilities.
The apartment features: One very large bedroom. A full size ensuite with a large shower plus toilet and vanity. A large balcony / terrace which offers plenty of space for outdoor eating and relaxing A small kitchenette which has adequate cooking facilities for a quick meal. It includes a toaster, microwave, portable induction hot plates, electric kettle and coffee maker. The kitchenette can be hidden away behind the folding doors. A meals / family area with a table, lounge, TV, fridge and coffee table.
Guest access is via the automatic sliding doors on the street level on Anketell street. There is an elevator to take guests to the apartment located on the second floor. After hours access currently requires a key. We are currently in the process of making both the main entry and the apartment keyless.
Once guests are checked in, there is normally only interaction with the host if the guest requires it. We give you your privacy as we would if it was your home.
The apartment is located on the second floor of Four Seasons House, which is directly opposite the South Point shopping complex. This was formerly known as the Tuggeranong Hyperdome. The shopping complex conains over 100 shops including major supermarkets and vaiety stores such as Coles, Woolworths, K-Mart and Big W. If you are looking for something to eat, then you will find over 25 restraunts, take aways and coffee shops within 5 minutes walk of our front door.
Although there is an abundance of shopping and dining within a few paces of our doors, it is just a short stroll to the Tuggeranong bus interchange, where express busses leave at 10 minute intervals to the other major town centers in the Canberra region.
There is free parking on site in the service area on nights and weekends. The public carpark adjacent to the building is also free on nights and weekends. Public parking is pay by the hour. We do have a limited number of single car lock up garages available. Longer stay guests are given priority on these garages.

Super friendly,great apartment,pushbike friendly,were able to store our bikes overnight in locked garage .If anybody’s doing the centenary trail around Canberra looking for accomodation in the Tuggerong area .. highly recommend

Amazing stay
The accommodation was impeccably clean and provided with all you need for a comfortable stay. I stayed there with my two young children and I was very happy with overall condition of the rooms. It was very spacious with a separate dinning and small kitchenette. The service we received from Norm was great. He was very hospitable and friendly. We would definitely go there again when we are in Canberra. The location was also great with several restaurants and bars around. It was great stay!
