The welcome is amazing with the owners ensuring guests get the very best experience. Welcomed with a hot drink and sit down chat was a refreshing change from the usual quick checkin without being intrusive to my time. Local attractions and opportunities well explained.

Great location although I was worried about the traffic noise on Limestone Ave but hardly heard a thing. Easy parking arrangements. I walked into Braddon which took 10 mins. A great breakfast was served up...didn't need lunch
