The facilities are outdated, it needs more cleanliness, the cutleries and drawers with it is dirty. Faulty sockets, it needs maintenance before it catches fire. Overflowing rubbish in plain sight but could be rubbish day the next day.

Location is excellent walking distance to many amenities and shops and river. It’s double brick so blocks heat or cold from outside. However the appliances inside room are already showing signs of ageing and needs replacing.

The room was ok. Clean. With everything we needed. Easy access. Good location. At night there was an alarm going on and no one in the office so no one to talk to. It went for a long time till someone turned it off.

These guys need to understand that they are a hospitality venue. “Is a ground floor room available?” .. “no, that’s all I’ve got” … a room Theo obviously churn for single night stays, crappy mattress, tired linen, blinds hanging off that wouldn’t close. I take it or leave it attitude. I claimed to have a restaurant but it was closed. I had to press the bell three times for the attendant to arrive if you are okay for tired DOS house this is the motel for you.

Great location. Generally clean but dusty on small surfaces like remotes, window sills. Room service had to be requested and towels had old stains on them. The on-site Thai restaurant was quite good.
