No communication from host. No response to requests for check in information. Left without accomodation and had to pay last minute for an alternate place to stay. Disappointed in the hosts lack of communication and care.

Host was unresponsive and supplied a fake contact number. Never responded to any messages on app and we were unable to check in. Needless to say it was quite stressful. Stayz did find us alternative accommodation but one of us still had to sleep on a lounge to make it work.
