Buena Vista del Rincón Eco Adventure Park, Hotel & Spa was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, everyone was so warm and welcoming. We enjoyed soaking in the relaxing hot springs, enjoying a beautiful horseback ride through the property, and learning so much during the cultural tour. The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Our room was spacious, modern, and comfortable, definitely a pleasant surprise in the middle of such lush nature. My only observation: while they provide you with a room key, the floor-to-ceiling window and sliding door didn’t seem too interested in locking. So technically, the key is more of a decorative souvenir! Aside from that little quirk, I absolutely loved my stay and would come back. It’s a perfect mix of adventure, culture, and relaxation, highly recommended for anyone visiting Costa Rica!

The meals were fantastic. The rooms were spacious and clean. The sauna and hot tubs were awesome! Loved the tree top bridges! Carlos made our trip to Rincon awesome. He had fantastic suggestions and made us feel very welcome everyday!

The team at the property were ALL excellent - thank you. The property is accessed via an unmade road which was hard work for our small hire car - but because it was a hire car it made it through. The facilities are good. I tried the canopy walk, river slide, zip line and hot springs, all of which were very good. The evening meals we had were of a high standard, especially considering that all the food has to be transported a long way. The breakfast was good ( but didn’t live up to the standard of the evening meals). We were in a hacienda and the walls are very thin. We had a great two days and would highly recommend the facility.

This was the first day of our trip. Food and staff were great! Exciting and fun activities on the property. We particularly enjoyed the jungle water slide. I wish we were there another day to take advantage of the all-activity pass.

What we like most about this property is it has many services and natural settings nearby , such as horse riding , spas, volcano mud bath, hotspring pools, hiking trails , waterfalls . But some foods are not as expected , such as chicken meat is tough and chips are a bit hard . Overall, it is a very good hotel to recommend

This Lodge was a wonderful experience, with lots of great activities to do every day. My only complaint was that everything closed very early and the road going into the resort desperately needs to be paved!

The area around the hotel is amazing, the room was clean, and staff were helpful. We had so much fun doing the activities like hiking, horseback riding, and hot springs. The included breakfast is awesome and the outdoor restaurant where you can watch the sun set was great! The only downside was the pool. It clearly needed more filtration and maybe a check on chemical levels. There was algae growing in it and lots of bird poop in it. I know it is outdoors, but so are other pools we’ve been too, and they have not had this issue.
