Expectations were not met!

Arrived at 2:20 PM and tried to check-in but we were refused. I understand check-in is at 3:00 PM, but I've never been denied early check-in. Stayed for 3 nights and nobody came to clean our room or refresh towels, etc. The wifi connection is weak. We stayed here 25 years ago after it first opened. We were disappointed on our return visit

Made reservation at 1:00pm day of our stay. Check-in is at 3:00pm -got there at 5:00pm and the room wasn't ready. Things happen. We went out to eat and when we got back the room was ready. Nice clean room, all areas of the hotel were neat and clean looking, breakfast was great. The pool was enjoyable too. I would recommend staying there.

We were charged the wrong amount. We now have to dispute the charges. We call the hotel and they did not have a clue on how to solve the problem. The rate through Expedia was $221.00 per night after taxes we owed $481.78. They billed us another $481.78 and an additional $245.52. Nightmare!!

The indoor pool & hot tub are major draws, the only hotel like this in St. Johnsbury. The kids enjoy the pool during the weekend days & can make a lot of noise but it is all your in the morning. The exercise room has all the equipment and the pool is next door.
